Returns and Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 28 days with the receipt for a prompt refund or exchange.It is integral to our organisation that every customer is satisfied with their quality purchase from Amnesty International Australia. 

We encourage you to write a brief explanation for the return of your order on the reverse of your receipt. 

Please note that change of mind returns need to be returned to us in a re-sellable condition and that we do not accept returns or exchanges of sale stock.

Postage & Handling:

Postage and Handling charges cover orders dispatched to all regions of Australia. 

Amnesty International Australia aims to satisfy every customer by delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please allow a maximum 5 working days for dispatching of your order and 7 working days for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card for you to pick up the parcel or arrange re-delivery. 

*Please note that during holiday periods dispatching and delivery times may vary.
